Create rules and let the Scup work harder for you
You can automate a series of actions within Scup from the creation of rules, according to your need.
Tagging and classification rules
You can automatically sort and tag items as they are collected by Scup. For example, whenever an item is collected with the word "congratulations", you can create a rule to mark it with the tag "compliment" and the classification "positive", as the item is received by Scup.
Send e-mail alerts
You can automatically send e-mails based on criteria defined by you. For example: if an item contains a specific word or if a user with many followers* was detected in monitoring.
* For Scup accounts with active coverage complement. Know more about the coverage complement.
Sampling
Set a percentage of items to be ignored or tagged by a specific rule. This way you can tag a smaller amount of items for further sorting or even completely ignore one of them. See more details.
Automatic distribution
Create a rule that sequentially distributes tags among several items. It may be useful when you'd like to separate items to be sorted or analyzed by multiple employees.
Pre-set times
Each one of the rules can be configured to run at a specific time period. For example: weekdays, from 10 am to 11 am. Or just on weekends.
