Here at Scup we live and breathe social media.

Founded in 2009, in São Paulo - Brasil, Scup is a company with a huge goal: to help companies to work efficiently with social media. We believe that the social media process involves four big steps:

  • Monitoring: what are they saying about our market, brands, products and collaborators?
  • Classification and Analysis: go deep into those interactions, classifying them to get a deeper analysis;
  • Relationship: converse and engage with your public.
  • Reports: Quantify and visualize your data.

Birth

Scup was born out of the need for a tool capable of scaling social media work. Aiming to respond to that need, we created Scup, inviting several social media professional to help formulate our product. The result is a system that makes daily social media operations easy and effortless.

Grupo Direct

Scup is part of Direct Group, which brings together the experience for more than 11 years participating in the market and developing companies specialized in technology, relationship and marketing. On this way Direct Group, which also has investments in Rio Bravo and 1188, aims to become the most positive, human and efficient relationship between companies and consumers.
